This site is operated by Narmadha Mani, based in Chennai, India. References to “I” and “me” in these terms mean Narmadha Mani; references to “you” mean the person reading or using the site.

Using the site

You’re welcome to read, share, and quote from this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. When you do, please credit me and link back to the original. Some quick limits:

• Don’t use the site for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don’t try to break, scrape at scale, overload, or interfere with how the site runs.
• Don’t pretend to be me, or someone else, when filling in forms or requesting a free download.

Content and copyright

The writing, photography, design, and other content on this site — including the book, chapter excerpts, reflections, and worksheets — are mine, and they are protected by copyright unless I’ve clearly said otherwise.

You’re free to:

• Download the free chapter and worksheets I offer, for your own personal use.

You may not, without written permission:

• Republish whole essays or chapters.

Free downloads

When you request a free chapter or worksheet, you give me permission to email you the file — and, occasionally, about related writing or the book’s release. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email; one click is all it takes.

The free downloads are for your own use. Please don’t reupload them elsewhere or pass them around as your own. If a friend would like a copy, send them the signup link and I’ll deliver one to them too.

Your privacy

How I handle your data is described separately, in plain English, on the privacy page. The short version: I collect only what you give me, I share it only with ConvertKit (email) and Resend (contact form), and I never sell it.

Links to other sites

Sometimes I link to other sites — books, articles, services I think you might like. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for what happens on them. Use your judgement when you click through.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that can’t be resolved by writing to me directly will fall under the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
